Envelopes print blank due to incorrect printer settings.
Cause:
The settings in the 'Envelope Printing Options' dialog box are incorrect for the printer.
Solution:
Select the correct printer in the 'Printers' list box and the correct print settings in the 'Envelopes and Labels' dialog box.
1) Open the desired file.
2) Verify the correct printer is selected by doing the following:
a) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Print...'. (The Print dialog box appears.)
b) If the correct printer is NOT in the 'Printers' box:
1] Click the Windows 'Start' button to display the 'Start' menu.
2] Select the 'Settings' menu and select 'Printers'.

3] Open 'Add Printer'. (The Add Printer Wizard dialog box appears.)
4] Click 'Next'.
5] Select either the 'Local Printer' or 'Network Printer' radio button to set up the printer as a local or network printer.
6] Click 'Next'.
7] Select the printer manufacturer from the 'Manufacturer' list box.
8] Select the printer model from the 'Printers' list box.
9] Click 'Next'.
10] Select the proper printer port from the 'Available ports' list box. Select the printer port.

11] Click 'Next'.
12] Do one of the following:
a] If this printer is to be set as the default printer, select the 'Yes' radio button.
b] If this printer should not be set as the default printer, select the 'No' radio button.
13] Click 'Next'.
14] Do one of the following:
a] To have the printer print out a test page to make sure that the printer is properly set up, select the 'Yes' radio button.
b] Select the 'No' radio button if the a test page is not desired.
15] Click 'Finish'.
c) If the correct printer is highlighted click 'Cancel'.
3) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Envelopes and Labels...'. (The Envelopes and Labels dialog box appears.)
4) Click the 'Envelopes' tab.
5) Click 'Options...'. (The Envelope Options dialog box appears.)
6) Click the 'Printing Options' tab.
7) If the current print settings are INCORRECT:
a) Select the appropriate feed method from the 'Feed Method' group.
b) Change other settings if necessary.
c) Click 'OK'. (The Envelopes and Labels dialog box reappears.)
8) If the current print settings are correct, click 'Cancel'. (The Envelopes and Labels dialog box reappears.)
9) Verify that the address is correct.
10) Click 'Print'.
